Temporary text processing

Text is sent to the RewordHQ server and, in live mode, to the configured model provider to produce your result. RewordHQ does not save input or output text to its long-term ledger, train models on it, or publish it. Demo mode does not call a model provider. Browser editor content is held in page memory.

Text safety checks

When enabled, Waffo Prompt Sift also processes submitted text to check acceptable use before model generation. Only an allow verdict proceeds. RewordHQ does not save the submitted text or moderation response in its long-term ledger. Provider handling is governed by the provider’s policies.

Model providers

The selected provider processes text under its own privacy and retention policies. Provider retention may differ from RewordHQ’s practices; we do not promise zero provider retention. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

Wallet and billing records

We retain hashed wallet identifiers, credit balances, quota counters, reservation metadata and purchase/order references for service operation and billing reconciliation. Text is excluded from these records. Waffo processes payment details under its own terms; RewordHQ does not receive your full card details.

Browser storage and abuse prevention

An essential HttpOnly cookie stores your private recovery credential for up to one year. Local storage stores only your theme preference. Hashed network identifiers enforce daily quotas and checkout rate limits. Shared IP addresses share free allowance; we do not use invasive device fingerprinting.

Logs and requests

Application errors do not log submitted text, recovery codes, model keys or payment secrets. Hosting and model providers may keep operational logs under their own policies. Contact support@rewordhq.com for privacy or deletion requests with a purchase reference; never email a recovery code.
