One-time credit packs

Reword Pack provides 100 rewrites for US$9.90 plus applicable tax. This is a one-time credit purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription.

Failed rewrites

When a model request fails, its reserved credit or daily allowance is released. If a server interruption leaves a reservation pending, the ledger releases it after its timeout. You do not need to buy another pack to resolve a failed request.

Requesting help or a refund

Contact support@rewordhq.com with your Waffo order reference and a description of the billing problem. We review duplicate charges, billing errors and requests for unused credits individually. Never send your recovery code, card number or original sensitive text.

Refund handling

Approved refunds return through the original payment route subject to processor handling times. Credits associated with a verified refund are revoked proportionally, including credits already spent; this may reduce future balance. Mandatory cancellation and consumer refund rights are unaffected. We do not promise a specific processing time or automatic refund for a completed rewrite you dislike.
